The Woodlands is a 217-acre community consisting of various home styles situated in the central Massachusetts town of Clinton. The homes here include single family, town homes, villas and suites. The Woodlands Community accommodates many lifestyle choices, many age groups and people of diverse backgrounds. The master plan consists of various neighborhoods of home styles, roadways, open spaces, parks and wooded trails.
The Woodlands is located approximately 35 miles west-northwest of Boston, in Worcester County, and about 4 miles from Route 495. Approximately one-half of our land is situated in the Town of Clinton, where all the residences are or will be constructed, and one-half within the Town of Berlin, which has some of our beautiful conservation land and natural vegetation, fields, trails and wildlife. The views from our summit stretch as far north as the Monadnock Mountain area and Wachusett Reservoir to the West, and the orchards and forests of Berlin and Bolton to the south and east. A beautiful view of church steeples, Clinton Town Hall and some of Clinton's old mills can be seen to the north of the property.
The ongoing objective of the Woodlands staff is to continue to effectively manage and serve the community for many years into the future, and to focus on enhancing real estate values through ongoing upkeep and maintenance of all assets of the Woodlands.
Neighborhood Community life in the Woodlands is kept lively and vibrant thru an ongoing mix of resident activities, clubs and interests. Things like regular Ladies Luncheons, Friday-Night-In-The-Park get-togethers, Mahjong & Book clubs, Community Garden and Holiday parties helps to keep all of our residents acquainted and involved with each other.
